TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a part-time physician
to join our emergency department team at Samaritan Pacific
Communities Hospital in Newport, Oregon. Candidates should be ABEM
board eligible or certified. Samaritan Pacific sees an annual
volume of 18,000 and features 17 emergency department (ED) beds. In
this Level IV trauma center there are 24 hours of daily physician
coverage and 12 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage
daily. The EMR is Epic. Located along the central Oregon coastline,
Newport is home for an endless array of recreational activities,
including fishing, crabbing, clam digging, boating, canoeing, bike
riding, kite flying, discovering tidepools, or just walking on the
beach. This is an independent contractor status with excellent
hourly compensation. Enjoy flexible scheduling working 12-hour
