Description Wound Ostomy RN at Providence Benedictine Home Health This opportunity has a Sign on bonus of $10,000, that will be paid out in 2 installments over the span of 12 months from your start date. The Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The CWON will function as an educator and consultant to the Home Health Services staff, patients, and in the community as needed. The CWON will coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship. Required qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 2 years CWON experience Preferred qualifications:
