DetailsGeneral Description:The Mental Health Therapist provides
individual, family, and group therapy to children, adults, and
families. They may also provide case management and consultation
with PCPs, schools, ODHS Child Welfare and Self Sufficiency
programs, and other community partners. Clients are self-referred
or referred through partnerships with local schools, primary care
physicians, hospitals, or ODHS Child Welfare or Self Sufficiency.
Options accepts both commercial insurance and Oregon Health Plan.

all Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Staff in Healthcare
Settings to complete their COVID-19 vaccination series. New

Qualifications:Masters or doctorate degree in counseling,
psychology, social work, or related field. Must be able to qualify
as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and be eligible
for registered internship or licensure in the State of Oregon.
Knowledge and/or experience providing mental health services,
including assessment and diagnosis, to children, families, and/or
adults. Must be computer proficient. Must have respectful, open,
accepting attitude toward clients and their families. Must be able
to pass a ODHS background check.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge
of the impact of trauma and experience working with individuals and
families from a systemic lens. Knowledge of best practice methods
of treatment for serious and persistent mental illness and the
impacts of co-occurring disorders. Strong understanding of
evidence-based practice and the role of feedback informed
treatment. Experience with record keeping software preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:65% - Direct Client
ServicesInterview client to obtain information concerning family
history or other assessment informationConduct mental health
assessments for children and adults, including DSM-V
diagnosisProvide therapy and case management services in the office
or through telehealthDevelop and implement treatment plans,
defining specific goals and objectives, and revise as needed25% -
DocumentationMaintain accurate and current client records,
including timely Service Plans, authorization requests, and service
notes within the electronic client record (ECR), and sign documents
to meet federal and state regulatory standardsCoordinate access and
provision of services from multiple agencies, including
establishing service linkages, advocating for service needs, and
obtaining entitlements based on mental or emotional disabilityWork
closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses to coordinate
treatmentCoordinate case activities with treatment team partners
including, when applicable, ODHS/Child Welfare, primary care
physicians, schools, and others Refer client to supportive services
to supplement treatment and counseling as appropriate Make requests
for authorization for services to the local Coordinated Care
Organization (CCO) as requiredCoordinate with ODHS and the local
CCO regarding referrals as directed10% - Other duties Attend and
participate in regular clinical supervision (minimum of two times a
month) and team meetings, as directedRemain current on relevant
research and evidenced based practicesReport suspected child abuse
and neglectMaintain client confidentiality according to state
guidelinesWorking Conditions:Extended periods of time sitting or
standing at workstation updating client records, phone work, and
therapy sessionsMobility and dexterity sufficient to assist clients
and handle required job related functions and move about the
facilityAbility to manage clients who may use offensive language or
challenging behaviorsMay be required to work afternoons or some
evenings Salary: Non-Licensed Provider Entry Salary $46,200 to
