Prestige Care has developed exclusive educational partnerships to develop, training for you to become a state Certified Nursing Assistant. We have in house team members to shepherd you through this process, answer any sort of questions that may arise, and help you see success! Once you have completed this, you will go through a defined "clinical" portion of your training where you will be doing live, in person hands on training at a Prestige Care skilled nursing care center. Once you show expertise and complete that, you will sit for the state test, and once you pass, you will be a Certified Nursing Assistant with a job waiting for you! Best of all, this training is free for you as the student, if selected. The Details of Our Program And What You Will Do:---You will go through a skills lab, in person, while going through the theory portion of your training. This would be around 1-3 days a week, on average. Our Skills Lab is where you are learning the skills that you will use as a Nursing Assistant with Prestige Care.---After you complete the theory portion of the training, you will go through the clinicals portion of your training at a Prestige Care skilled nursing care center for approximately 2 weeks.---Prestige will pay for you to sit for the state test to become a certified nursing assistant. ---Over $1,000 of value in free training for you to be able to become a state Certified Nursing Assistant.---A job waiting for you upon graduation as a Nursing Assistant at a Prestige Care skilled nursing care center.Education & Experience You Need to Qualify:---A High School diploma or equivalency is required. This is your opportunity to start your career in the booming healthcare field! You will need verification of the following items to start the program with our educational partner: CPR/BLS, Background Check, Government ID Verification, 2-Step TB (can be completed at Prestige Care location), and a vaccine record including Hepatitis B, MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID-19, and flue shot (during applicable months). Jobs With Prestige Care After Graduation:This is the start of a fulfilling career with the Prestige Care Family! Once you pass the state boards, you can start as a Certified Nursing Assistant, transition to a Lead CNA or other similar roles. With additional education, you can become a LPN or a RN (we have a in house scholarship program where we cover your expenses up to $1,000 a year to become a LPN or RN!). You can also pivot to other operational roles with the organization both in the skilled nursing, and assisted living verticals of our business.
