Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking visionary leader who can develop transformational strategies aimed at preventing, not responding, to issues related to quality, operational efficiency, and production challenges in a division of global company specializing in automated machinery manufacturing.

Main Objective:

*** Develop and maintain a high-margin operation with highly trained team members and satisfied customers.

Activities:

*** Improve production processes, reduce nonconforming raw material and product defects, and develop sound training strategies to improve team performance.

*** Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects to resolve production challenges.

*** Oversee vendor and customer interactions, ensure all aspects of the operation meet requirements from purchase of raw materials to customer delivery.

*** Monitor team member performance, develop and manage training programs.

Qualifications:

*** Advanced knowledge of machinery manufacturing operations.

*** Team leadership experience and ability to develop operating strategies and manage personnel performance.
