That's a serious impact.As a Director of Product Management, you will help define, communicate and lead the AI and data product strategy for NAVEX. You will manage the AI and data product teams and work closely with Product Engineering as well as the leadership team to articulate strategies that support product direction and initiatives across the suite. You will also align across all of our lines of business to support go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, operational readiness and sales enablement.This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, strong product management skills, and a strategic mindset to build innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a leader in the Product Management Team, you will gather input from a variety of sources, both internal and external, and weigh them against business objectives to ensure our product roadmap is strategically positioned, exceeds revenue goals and achieves strong customer satisfaction and retention levels.     • Help to define NAVEX's long-term vision and strategy for AI and reporting
    • Manage the prioritized annual product roadmap with clear objectives in collaboration with key product leaders
    • Balance high level objectives, rolling up your sleeves to work the trenches and execute on the vision; must be comfortable moving from strategy to tactical implementation
    • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, data, and reporting technologies
    • Implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively drive our products forward
    • Discuss and present our product strategy to the company, our customers and other members of our ecosystem
    • Be accountable for ensuring company-wide readiness to market, sell, deliver and support products within our fully integrated platform
    • Lead, build, coach and retain a high-performing team, creating an inspiring experience for people to grow and thrive in lifeWhat you'll need:
      • 7+years of progressive product management experience leading product teams and delivering enterprise SaaS platform products globally
      • 5+ years of experience managing, leading and developing outstanding people
      • Proven experience managing data and analytics solution design and leveraging AI to solve customer problems
      • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, big data infrastructure, cloud-based data platforms, and data processing frameworks
      • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products, platforms, or services
      • Experience working with business intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, and advanced reporting/analytics solutions
      • Track record of exceeding expectations leading the product management process, including visioning, customer/competitor research, strategic planning, business modeling and product definition
      • Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively, lead presentations and reach agreements across cross-functional teams
      • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to deliver targeted business outcomes
      • High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change and a willingness to take informed risks
      • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution

        • The starting pay range for this role is $165,000+ per annum with 10% MBO.
