A company is looking for a Managing Director - Insurance Advisory - Remote.



Key Responsibilities

Lead demand generation, sales, and execution of large-scale technology-enabled business transformation programs in the P&C insurance sector
Manage and scale the Insurance Advisory practice, identifying new business opportunities and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Provide thought leadership and oversee the delivery of complex tech-enabled transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives



Required Qualifications

Prior experience as a Managing Director or equivalent with a proven track record in professional services
Minimum of 10+ years managing high-performing teams through business and digital transformations
Deep experience in building and delivering insurance solutions that can be productized
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science preferred
Strong technical expertise in technology platforms and digital transformation, particularly in the P&C insurance space
