Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Database
Programming to provide management and leadership of the Clinical
Database Programming team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the performance of Clinical Database Programmers
through training and performance management
Liaise with relevant staff to allocate tasks, establish timelines,
and report on progress and issues
Oversee EDC development work and review specifications for
project-specific data entry software
Required Qualifications
Educated to degree level or possess relevant experience
At least 2 years of management experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience with Data Management Systems and
Software
Understanding of CDISC SDTM standards
Experience with SAS programming language
