in our community and around the worldWhat you as our QA Leader will own: Leadership and Team DevelopmentHire, manager and mentor quality staff to support company s goals and objectives.Set the vision for Quality for the company.Regulatory ComplianceResponsible for the effective management of the Quality Audit Program and ongoing Compliance and QA initiatives.Continuous ImprovementEffectively interact with MFG; Sourcing and R&D to maintain product supply and transition new products from the bench, through piloting and into productionProvide key performance quality indicators and recommendationsOrganizationSupport the ongoing development of the organizations culture.Experiences that are needed:Quality methodologies in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.Knowledge of CFR titles 21; Working knowledge of GFSILeading people and a department including setting a budget and strategic goals.Detail orientated in work performance and documentation.Inspires others to strive toward continuous improvementRequirements Bachelors Degree in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry or related studies.7 years in QA with 5+ years of managing others.Execution of CFR 111 requirements preferred
