Description
The Director, Employee Relations will have oversight and
responsibility for an array of employee relations matters including
investigations of internal concerns, complaints and will lead the
design of the employee relations end to end processes. In this
position you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to
promote equity, company values and accountability in the workplace
to respond appropriately and fairly to team member concerns.
Your Responsibilities:
--- Oversee the employee relations function managing employee
relations cases, ensuring consistent and fair application of
disciplinary actions, interpersonal conflicts, and other
employee-related matters to successful resolution.
--- Assess, develop, and deploy a vision and roadmap to support
effective employee relations and investigatory best practices
across the business.
--- Refine stakeholder engagement models to educate and improve on
risk mitigation including setting escalation standards, ongoing
training, and feedback loop processes.
--- Lead workplace investigations in response to a range of
employee relations concerns, including harassment, discrimination,
retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of rules,
--- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR centers of
excellence to develop and implement solutions, programs, and
policies.
--- Collaborate with HR Business Partner to infuse employee
relations insights into organizational strategies.
--- Lead investigatory interviews, collect, and analyze relevant
evidence, write investigation summaries, and deliver debriefs with
relevant stakeholders.
--- Provide guidance and advice on employee relations matters,
ensuring successful partnerships across the organization.
--- Lead, manage and resolve complex team member employee relations
concerns.
--- Partner with and foster effective relationships with key HR
stakeholders, legal and business leaders.
--- Manage the employee relations case management system to review
and track case progress as well as generate reporting for executive
leadership and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
--- 10+ years of progressive experience providing professional
consultation to leaders and conducting accurate, thorough
investigations regarding work-related employee relations
issues.
--- Broad understanding of core HR processes and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
--- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication,
interpersonal and negotiation skills.
--- Ability to integrate large and small picture, strategic and
short-term perspectives, planning and implementation to drive
optimal results.
--- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent
experience.

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington
and California is $135,000 to $194,000, however, base pay offered
may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and
location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive
and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations,
within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role
in those locations is $155,000 to $223,000 per year.
