As leader of our global Construction & Engineering Field Marketing team you will be responsible for creating and executing global integrated campaigns that drive awareness, conversions, and pipeline.

    Collaborate across corporate marketing, central services, and product/audience marketing to define and develop integrated campaign strategies and goals.

    Work within Oracle brand and marketing frameworks, participate in global industry campaigns, augment with business unit-specific campaigns and programs.

    Run cross-functional planning, development, and timely execution of campaigns across a variety of marketing channels such as website, paid media, email and nurture, video, events, and social.
    
    
  • 
    Build campaign briefs that clearly communicate purpose and goals; drive content development, detailed project management, and budget plans.
    
    
  • 
    Provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize campaign strategies.
    
    
  • 
    Manage marketing budget with accountability for marketing return on investment.

    California Pay Range: from $131,200 to $285,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
    Colorado Pay Range: from $127,600 to $256,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
    New York City Pay Range: from $127,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
    Washington Pay Range: from $142,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

      Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
