Description: Puget Sound Pipe & Supply will be Opening a Facility in Salem Oregon to continue to improve our service to our current customer base and expand our footprint in the Willamette Valley. We are a premier wholesale distributor of pipe, valves, and fittings in the Pacific Northwest & Alaska. We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee all functions of our new location in Salem, OR.This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Their duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding/staff training processes, building rapport with customers and the community, as well as creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch. Hired candidates will be working onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available.

  • Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
  • Communicate with other departments within the company (HR, Purchasing, Accounting, etc.) as needed.
  • Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. Desired Candidates will have the following Strengths:
