Summary: The Business Messaging Groups mission is to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate. Metas messaging products - WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and Facebook Messenger - reach more than 3.6 billion people and are used by more than 200 million businesses. We are seeking a seasoned leader who is passionate about technology and changing the way people communicate with businesses. This role will lead global strategic project management and initiatives for revenue growth of our paid products across Messaging apps through direct relationships with Metas clients, and lead all end client sales revenue programs worldwide. They will brainstorm, build, implement, monitor, measure, and optimize our Go-to-market strategic programs that directly generate revenue and new customers for Meta. The successful candidate will be a natural leader who has led global strategic projects for sales teams in a SaaS business. They will be highly entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading global revenue programs, sales initiatives, processes, and team adoption to ensure that the teams hit revenue targets and win new customers. This role requires an experienced business leader, with a track record in the B2B/SaaS space and experience in building strategic revenue programs. This is a hands-on, high execution role which will require excellent sales and interpersonal skills, and will involve coaching, pipeline management and Quality Assurance to devise and drive execution of sales campaigns. The right candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment but be able to effectively build structure and strategically represent our revenue business to executive management.This role will report to the Vice President of Global Business Solutions within the Business Messaging organization.Required Skills: Head of Strategic Program Management, Business Messaging Responsibilities:

  • Organize, track, manage, and provide updates on global strategic client initiatives or cross-group projects for the sales team and build out best-in-class project management capabilities, contributing to the overall strategy as needed to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is achieving commitment, and successful outcomes/delivery
  • Own innovative high-value projects that directly increase revenue, and support the team
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new projects or focus areas for our client-facing sales team
  • Support and act as an extension of executive level business project sponsors
  • Frame and scope the problem statement, build requirements, work with cross-functional stakeholders (including leadership), identify dependencies, reduce risks and drive the initiative progress on a weekly basis
  • Explore new strategic opportunities, in the course of project management to inform the future roadmap, for leadership consideration
  • Provide thought leadership and drive structure for the team
  • Brainstorm ideas, develop and drive executive communications across the organization including business, revenue initiatives, prioritization and other outbound communication needs
  • Leverage proactive, forward thinking and synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions
  • Requires at least 30% international travelMinimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, or equivalent project management experience in technology or service outsourcing
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
  • Experience driving operational and strategic improvements in quickly scaling organizations
  • Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving experience combined with experience applying business acumen
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building relationships, and navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Business operations experience in setting priorities, multitasking, and negotiation
  • Confidence in business judgment, along with a natural inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
  • Experience influencing and managing change. Experience leveraging knowledge and skills across multiple ongoing programs and stakeholders to drive change, motivate teams and deliver or support to deliver initiatives
  • Content creation and presentation skills experience building and delivering executive leadership content
  • Solid communications skillsPreferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Masters degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
  • Management consulting work experience
  • Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean
  • Experience in policy, operations and project management leadership
