Analysis Division (CAD) provides a diverse mix of analytical
instruments and associated services to a broad range of end user
markets including Safety & Security, Environmental, Food Safety,
Energy, Mining, Life Science Manufacturing and Recycling, to name a

challenging environments where customers put a premium on

Instrument (FSI) business manufactures and markets a leading

Process Analyzer - Thermo Fisher Scientific - US****How will you
make an impact?**The Business Development Manager will serve on a
team focused on market expansion activities for Raman Spectroscopy
instruments and other portfolio instruments within the Biopharma
and Pharmaceutical space. The position includes lead generation and
account management activities within an established product
portfolio for the Field Safety Instruments (FSI) business unit of
the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD). This individual will enjoy
hunting while maintaining effective customer relations, developing
opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and
assuring market penetration and profitability while achieving sales
and profit forecasts.Have a passion for Raman Spectroscopy? Have
experience selling for or working with Chemometrics focused
organizations? If so, read on!**What will you do?**+ Drive adoption
of Ramina technology within R labs covering multiple in-process
Raman applications.+ Responsible for forecasted sales goals for the
portfolio and business development. Support external partners and
sell directly to new and existing customers.+ Facilitate
field-based product demonstrations, product training and product
troubleshooting.+ Meet and exceed customer requirements including
overall communication, responsiveness, cost awareness and
scheduling sensitivities.+ Develop strategic business growth plans
and initiatives in line with the regional AOP expanding sales
through existing install base and establishing new customers,
ensuring alignment across the various business functions.+ Utilize
Salesforce.com daily by updating and adding notes, customer
information, etc.+ Available to travel overnight up to 50% of
time.+ Report sales data optimally through CRM and other
tools.**How will you get here?****Education**+ Minimum education
requirement is a Bachelor's degree, ideally in chemistry or a
similar field of studyPosition may require Covid-19 vaccination,
including a booster and/or routine testing, per client discretion.

employment.**Experience**+ Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience;
familiarity with Raman Spectroscopy instrumentation and practical
application strongly preferred+ Biopharma method application
experience preferred**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**+ Strong
interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation
skills+ Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet+
Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines+
Proven commercial excellence working in a matrix
