Technology Program Manager - Dedicated Client Role Metrics Reports
to: Regional Technology Director - Global Technology Advisory
Career Map Level: M1 About the Role The Technology Program Manager
(TPM) is part of the JLL Technologies (JLLT) technology advisory
group. Primary responsibilities include: forging trusted and
productive customer and stakeholder relationships, managing
on-account technologies that enable JLL services and support client
workplace experience, engaging JLL platform SMEs, and coordinating
across all stakeholders and resources to fully leverage deployed
CRE management and workplace technology tools to the benefit of the
client's business objectives. The TPM is responsible for one client
and serves as the technology business partner and delivery
excellence link between the client, JLL Work Dynamics (WD) and
JLLT. The TPM is a trusted technology advisor and the primary point
of contact, escalation, and facilitation across all JLLT functions
for the account. The TPM will work with the account team and client
to manage JLL's service delivery applications (such as Corrigo,
Property Hub, Spend/E1 and JLL dashboards) and 3rd party
applications managed by JLL (such as Archibus). The TPM will also
support the client's needs to integrate other service lines not
managed by JLL (for example sensor data useful to space planning).
The TPM will generate growth, profitability and client retention by
understanding client needs, and along with the Account Technology
Director (ATD), leading development of innovative technology
solutions to address those needs. Whereas the ATD holds the primary
responsibility for qualifying and defining additions to the client
technology ecosystem, the TPM holds the primary responsibility for
managing and fully leveraging the existing technology deployed on
the account. Both are expected to work together to inform and
support both the client and the account team. Above all, the
primary measure of success of the TPM is enabling the client and
JLL account team to achieve their objectives, and ensuring client
satisfaction by applying best practices and consistent, standard
applications of CRE technology. Role Responsibilities Provide
education, training and operational leadership on CRE technology to
client and WD account team Coordinate with JLLT product and
platform SMEs to proactively plan updates to deployed technologies,
provide VOC input regarding enhancements, and to understand how new
product features can best be applied for the client. Create
awareness among the client and WD teams about the function and
capabilities of deployed technologies, driving adoption and
engagement of tools. As necessary, coordinate refresher training to
ensure client and account team are familiar with and make best use
of available technology. Regularly attend and participate in client
meetings with CRE and data and technology representatives; credibly
represent the capabilities of deployed technology and point out new
ways to use and evolve existing technology to achieve client goals.
Assist account team in understanding where there are opportunities
to engage JLLT ATD and/or JLLT sales teams for expansions of
technology. Serve as first point of escalation for technology
support and delivery challenges; work with JLLT platform teams to
resolve quickly and effectively. Collect voice of the customer
feedback that informs product development. Specific
responsibilities focused on the client's Archibus implementation
(to be addressed in coordination with the JLLT Archibus Engagement
Manager operating under Archibus platform services contracted by
the account/client): Partner with the client to develop a long-term
strategy for their installation. Provide oversight over various
project initiatives and the coordination of teams toward project
goals and objectives. Partner with the JLLT Archibus team to manage
and coordinate system updates and enhancements. Monitor Archibus
system performance and data quality metrics; identify and raise any
anomalies or performance alerts with the Archibus platform team.
Build process and system documentation for any new enhancement
efforts or rollouts, as well as previously built processes or
features lacking documentation Role Requirements Ideal candidate
should have demonstrated the following competencies: Previous
experience working with a global deployment of Archibus Ability to
translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that
meet client needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data,
simplifies complex information and clearly articulates JLL's value
Strong networking and influential skills with ability to work
across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions Must
demonstrate proven ability to effectively manage customer
relationships (both internal and external) Anticipates and
understands the emerging needs of clients Working knowledge in the
world of CRE functions, processes, stakeholders, market, etc.
Understanding of JLL CRE Technologies, and awareness of third party
Prop Tech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc. Proven track-record
operating in a high-performing, matrixed team Results focused
leadership style, ensures execution, drives targeted results,
focuses on customers and leads courageously Education Credentials
This position requires a bachelor's degree in addition to a broad
range of business experience acquired through previous work
experience Additionally, the candidate must have 5+ years of
industry experience acquired through previous work experience
