Job Overview In this role, you'll leverage your HCM/ Talent Acquisition solution experience to support our field sales teams by providing actionable intelligence on the key differentiators of iCIMS competitors, in areas such as technology, functionality, deployment and adoption. You will work closely with the leadership team in sales, presales, product/ labs, product marketing and sales operations groups to support our selling opportunities. You will also support special projects and research globally, and enable global sales teams. This position will lead the analysis of the competitive marketplace to identify strengths, opportunities, and differentiators in business and technical capabilities. This position reports into the VP, Portfolio Marketing. Responsibilities + Update Competitive Intelligence program, with clear metrics, content sourcing approaches, and communication methods. + Gather intelligence that will improve iCIMS competitive position and convert it into actionable sales strategies and prescribed sales motions + Engage during the different stages of a deal cycle from the initial "plan" phase through "close" providing content, collateral, talking points, differentiators, and active coaching to the sales team + Create presentations that focus on differentiators that are clearly articulated with supporting data, fact-based analysis, and a point of view + Create and drive focused sales enablement sessions for the sales teams and participate in business review meetings and deal reviews as required + Ensure CI program runs with the highest ethical standards and is aligned with and follows SCIP guidelines. + Create competitive intelligence playbooks to provide a single, consistent guide for Sales & Services to utilize in competitive deals + Create/ lead the internal Competitive Intelligence advisory board Qualifications + 3+ years' experience in Competitive Intelligence in an enterprise software OR experience in HCM/ HR Technology, or in presales / business development / analyst role + Strong research and analytical skills - You will be seen as an expert in your area of responsibility and will regularly be asked for recommendations or opinions + Understanding of software deal dynamics and ability to think strategically about driving software opportunities forward + Demonstrated Skill in assessing product portfolio across competitors, and current technology Preferred + Experience in HCM/ HR Technology + Experience in engaging with, and presenting to senior executives and sales teams EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs. The target total compensation for this role is $82,400 - $109,800. Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience
