Job Description:

The **Customer Success Manager** is responsible for implementing strategies to ensure RSR's objectives are met including budget accountability; strategic objectives, and team management, while successfully partnering with new and established clients for future business development. This position will also focus on the planning and execution of a variety of payroll talent offerings and will lead teams in creating tools and resources necessary to provide continuous service delivery excellence to our clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

**Position Summary**

+ Lead and develop account teams to optimize service delivery to clients and produce measurable and cost-effective results that align directly with client's business drivers

+ Build, maintain and grow strategic partnership with clients through a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance

+ Promote a culture of inspiration that reflects the organization's values, encourages superior performance, and rewards productivity

+ Focus on outcomes - improving and streamlining work processes, enhancingefficiencies directly influencing stakeholder/customer business results and key performance indicators

+ Develop innovative initiatives enhancing internal efficiency and effectiveness while concurrently executing against annual growth targets

+ Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning RSR as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets

+ Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of compliance efforts against targets - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to achieve financial objectives of assigned contracts and areas, including operational improvements, expense management, account growth, and revenue and contribution attainment

+ Monitor and control costs and bear responsibility for full P&L while ensuring profitability of the business, adherence to the contract and SLAs, and to seeking out opportunities for improvement

+ Execute quality assurance protocols (billbacks, client billing, expenses, and audits) to protect customers and company assets


+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred

**Work Experience**

+ Minimum seven years' experience in payroll operations/HR/staffing/Account Management required

+ Familiarity with Randstad Sourceright systems and tools as well as vendor management systems (VMS) is a plus

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

+ Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization

+ Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner

+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pace environment

+ Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups

+ Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations

+ Advanced Payroll knowledge to include federal, state, county, city regulations pertaining to overtime, sick accruals/pay, civic obligations, paid time off, and taxes

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

+ Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides

+ Excellent organizational, time management skills, verbal, and written communication skills
