Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.**Summary:** Facebook is seeking a strong cross-functional collaborator to support a wide range of initiatives and programs across the company by strengthening our inclusive approach to the development of policies, programs and products. Our team partners directly with Recruitment, Legal, Human Resources, Learning & Development, People Analytics and many others, to diversify our population and ensure that each Facebooker is positioned to make a meaningful impact. Our end goal is to leverage the cognitive diversity of our people to strengthen all aspects of our business. The Diversity Program Manager will provide strategic input on a range of Facebooks products, policies and practices across multiple business areas while owning and managing cross-functional projects. This person will be responsible for building a scalable structure that integrates and strengthens our diversity and inclusion lens throughout various functions at Facebook. This new role on the Diversity Team will benefit from close partnerships with Policy, Communications, Community Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal, among other departments. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across the company.**Required Skills:** 1. Manage all aspects of Facebook Resource Groups, specifically: Black@, Native@ and Vets@2. Drive the implementation of Evolve & Elevate to standardize operations and management of these FBRGs3. Partner with business stakeholders and FBRGs to scale diversity and inclusion programs4. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive process: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered5. Partner with the business to quantify community and organizational pain points and challenges, prioritizing action in areas that will deliver greatest impact6. Review development and roll-out of a range of products requiring the application of a diversity and inclusion lens7. Act as liaison between internal teams for reviewing products and programs8. Manage cross-functional projects9. Develop and manage relationships with external partners associated with Black@, Native@ and Vets@**Minimum Qualifications:** 10. 7+ years of corporate business experience11. 3+ years project management experience in executing across matrixed organization12. Experience with organizational development and establishing processes13. Experience interacting with different executive levels, both internally and externally14. Experience operating with autonomy15. Experience working with or in support of communities**Preferred Qualifications:** 16. 3+ years experience applying diversity, inclusion, cultural competence, equity or equality to decisions in policy, communications or product realms17. Experience in fields such as management consulting, product management or policy and communications18.
