Job Description Job Description Salary: $100k - $135k DOE PIC is
currently hiring Electrical Engineer/Project Manager. Precision

Project Manager provides overall administrative and technical
direction for one large, complex construction project, or several
small and/or medium size construction projects. Responsibilities
include customer interface, client development, project scoping,
scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety oversight,
cost and progress monitoring, management, and reporting. Primary
Responsibilities: Provide technical, managerial, and supervisory
direction for projects in various market segments. Provide
supervision and direction for the preparation of construction
documents including drawings, calculations, reports,
specifications, and construction cost estimates. Work with
marketing and business managers and other technical discipline
leads in developing technical proposals and have a proactive role
in marketing. This position provides the opportunity to manage,
mentor and grow a strong team of dynamic electricians working on
large and complex projects. Review owner plans and specifications
to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project; develop
plan for the actual construction to serve as basis for the
estimate. Reviews all bid and contract documents and home office
legal department opinions. Conduct site investigation prior to
forming a plan of operations to identify any problems or conditions
of an unusual nature that may be present. Utilize engineering
techniques and procedures to conduct investigation and adhere to
standard company policy and procedures. Perform design work as
required by the project that is beyond the estimator scope of
experience; handle any major technical problems encountered during
bid preparation. Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule for
projects. Stay abreast of trends and developments, such as new
equipment, methods, and procedures that are developing in the
industry. Prepare special engineering studies or reports required
by certain bid items or conditions. Consult with owners on various
problems discovered during bid preparation, design, rates,
schedules, etc. Qualifications, Education and Experience: Valid
Washington / Oregon Master Electrician / Administrator License
Undergraduate in electrical, civil or construction-related
technology, OR extensive and related work experience leading to a
thorough understanding of the knowledge, skills, and abilities
described above. At least five years of related experience.
Exceptionally strong attention to detail, communication,
interpersonal, and leadership skills. Must demonstrate strong
ethical behavior while striving to produce quality work within
project budgets and schedules. Must understand the value of client
satisfaction. Able to meet challenging deadlines. Self-starter with
sound judgment and decisiveness. Valid drivers license and ability
to drive. Demonstrated proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office
products (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Benefits:
