School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Middle
School-based position is available for a School Psychologist to
support special education and social-emotional learning
initiatives. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through
June 15, offering a 37.5-hour workweek in Beaverton, OR.
Responsibilities include coordinating and completing special
education evaluations to determine eligibility, conducting
Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and facilitating the
development of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) implemented by case
managers. Collaboration is key, with duties also involving
participation in PBIS and MTSS meetings to support school-wide
interventions. Additionally, providing individualized and small
group social-emotional instruction at the Tier 3 level is
essential. The position requires being prepared for crisis response
when other resources are unavailable. Key Qualifications and
Experience: - Credentialed as a School Psychologist with relevant
licensure or certification - Experience conducting special
education evaluations and FBAs - Skilled in developing and
implementing BSPs and working within PBIS/MTSS frameworks - Ability
to deliver Tier 3 social-emotional interventions individually or in
small groups - Capacity to respond effectively in crisis situations
