Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for experienced Speech Language
Pathologists to support K-12 students in Oregon City, OR. This role
offers a contract position through the next school year, with a
focus on early learning speech and language development.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language
assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to
students aged K-12. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs). Manage a caseload of 25-40 students,
focusing on early learning speech needs. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and
regulatory standards. Participate in professional development and
team meetings as required. Deliver services in person 3-4 days per
week with some flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
Qualifications: Valid certification in Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP) with current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY
(Clinical Fellowship Year) appropriate to school settings. Prior
experience working in a school environment, particularly with early
learners, is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and
state special education regulations. Proven ability to manage a
sizable caseload effectively. Excellent communication skills and
the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. Location:
