Job Description Job Description Located in Tualatin, OR Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative Qualified Candidates Required to Bilingual (English & Spanish) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tualatin, OR hill1940 Position Overview: Our staffing team is partnering with a valued client to hire a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with account setup, verification processes, subscription updates, and general inquiries while ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
