Annual salary of $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience Full-time, year-round work with a stable project pipeline Up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates Access to advanced GPR and NDT equipment and software Leadership opportunity with direct impact on a growing division Health and retirement benefits with details shared during the interview process Work across Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, Washington, and the I-5 corridor Why You’ll Love It Here Lead a critical service line with real autonomy and trust from ownership Work alongside experienced professionals who value accountability and results Play a key role in expanding a high-demand scanning and NDT division Be part of a team focused on quality workmanship and long-term growth Direct access to leadership that values hands-on expertise and field leadership Your New Role Lead all Ground Penetrating Radar scanning and non-destructive testing operations from fieldwork through final reporting in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas Perform concrete scanning, subsurface utility locating, and structural analysis Analyze and interpret data using software such as GPR Slice, Insights, or similar tools Deliver accurate reports and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams Build client relationships and identify new project opportunities to grow scanning services Serve as the primary technical expert for scanning and NDT services Mentor and guide technicians within the scanning and NDT division Partner with field crews to maintain high standards for quality and job site safety Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ground Penetrating Radar in construction or structural environments Strong experience with concrete scanning, utility locating, or subsurface investigation Proven leadership experience in the field with strong technical knowledge Skilled in subsurface mapping, data interpretation, and non-destructive testing methods Experience with GPR Slice, Insights, or similar data processing software Working knowledge of ultrasound, corrosion testing, half-cell measurement, permeability testing, or related NDT methods preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with teams and clients Comfortable working in both field and technical reporting environments Valid driver’s license Degree in geophysics, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Bedrock Concrete Cutting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
