Job Description Job Description Job Title: Coatings Helper Job Description Join the finishing department where you will use a powder coating spray system to apply outdoor/weatherproof coatings, primarily on steel parts. This role involves baking parts to achieve the correct finishing hardness. Responsibilities Utilize a powder coating spray system to apply coatings on steel parts. Ensure parts are baked to achieve the correct finishing hardness. Assist in various tasks as a shop helper, including using drills, saws, and woodworking tools. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to accurately complete tasks. Essential Skills Experience with powder coating and painting. Proficiency in using wet paint spray systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Experience in drilling, sawing, and woodworking. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
