YOUR LIFE AS A UTILITY CONSTRUCTION WORKER / PIPE LAYER This full-time plumbing position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am–3:30 pm . As aUtility Construction Worker / Pipe Layer, you enjoy being outside most of the day. Following plans, you perform the labor necessary to complete each job.
