Job Description Job Description Foreman Location: Clackamas, OR Pay: $25 - $32 / HR . Key Responsibilities: Installs fence such as chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm on a daily basis. Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the project is on time and completed to specifications. Uses welder, digging equipment, bobcat, hand and power tools to complete installation jobs Follow all safety policies and practices. Ensures that all safety concerns are reported immediately to a manager or member of the Safety Committee. Instills a safe work environment in their own practices and in others. Works closely with customer to meet specific need and concerns. Reads drawings of fence specifications and materials lists. Loads install trucks with required materials for each job. May occasionally work out of town on projects, as needed. This might require overnight travel. Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure. Respectfully takes direction from manager. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions as installations are done outside of buildings and homes and the employee is required to endure rain, hail, snow at times, and extreme summer weather/spring/fall heat. The employee may be exposed to cement products and is required to use appropriate PPE. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. This position may require occasional travel overnight. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
