Were looking for a talented and creative marketing professional who is looking to be both challenged and to make an impact in the digital payment landscape. This Marketing Specialist, Digital Payments Innovation role will work collaboratively with fellow marketing, product, and partnership teammates to develop marketing collateral and ensure all materials meet compliance standards, cultivate relationships with internal clients and external vendors, and support marketing campaign development. Were breaking down barriers every day to deliver the highest quality marketing campaigns the industry has seen.Because we push boundaries every day, your most critical skills will be building relationships and leveraging those relationships to achieve our marketing campaign goals; ensuring that materials meet internal expectations and resonate with external audience.Primary Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth understanding of our target customers, product capabilities and value prop, and competition
  • Develop creative briefs to be used with internal and external agencies
  • Develop marketing copy and collateral for new product launches, product updates, and internal communications
  • Support development of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign success and provide insights to leadership
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external agency partners
  • Work with internal compliance teams to ensure all materials meet requirements
  • Participate in product design sessions focused on the what and why, in order to effectively communicate those in marketing materialsBasic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills and Experience
      • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FinTech space
      • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels
      • Comfortable working with ambiguity
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Strong organizational and analytical skills
