Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing person who has an
entrepreneurial mindset. Though most of the day-to-day for an Area
Director revolves around sales-related activity, it is far from a
traditional sales role . Many of our team members do have prior
sales experience, but our unique low-pressure sales approach
combined with the other responsibilities of the role mean our Area
Directors operate more dynamically as owners . As a result, we find
ourselves interviewing former C-level executives, business owners,
and other entrepreneurial-minded individuals for our Area Director
openings. Though some sales and business experience is a plus, we
provide extensive training and a support system to help all team
members to be as successful as possible.
Meet with local business owners to conduct a low-pressure
consultative meeting to determine if a partnership with our
communities is a mutual fit.
Develop meaningful relationships within the community.
Work with other Area Directors in the market to conduct a few
informal events throughout the year to help further the connection
between local businesses and their ideal customers receiving our
