better together. Position Summary The Executive Assistant II
provides executive-level administrative support to the Medicaid and
Medicare Senior Vice President, Medicaid Services leadership, and
the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO) Owner and
Board of Director’s groups. This position exercises good judgment
in a variety of situations and requires strong written and verbal
communication, administrative, and organizational skills, as well
as the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple
priorities. The Executive Assistant II must be able to work
independently on projects from conception to completion and manage
a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with
discretion, often under pressure. ??? This is a FT onsite role
based in Portland, Oregon. Pay Range $23.34- $26.26 hourly
(depending on experience) Actual pay is based on qualifications.

Holidays Required Skills, Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree
preferred. Relevant higher education or vocational training in
administrative support, travel coordination, or office supervision
is desirable. 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced office
environment. Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm net. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with
the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention
to detail. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills. Ability to work well under pressure with frequent
interruptions and shifting priorities. Consistent and reliable
attendance. Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a
professional business image. Primary Functions : Provides
administrative support to the Medicaid and Medicare Senior Vice
President, department leadership, clinical consultants, and EOCCO
Owner and Board of Director’s groups. Organizes and coordinates all
aspects of EOCCO events, including Board meetings, VIP events, and
our annual EOCCO conference with over 200 attendees. Coordinates
EOCCO sponsorship of events statewide and ensures consistent and
accurate brand representation. Manages complex travel arrangements
for the Medicaid team, clinical consultants, and the EOCCO Owner
and Board of Directors. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles
matters expeditiously and proactively; follows through on projects
to successful completion, often under deadline pressure. Fulfills
health-related service requests for Medicaid. Coordinates
fulfillment and payments to multiple vendors. Manages and tracks
department budget. Coordinates meetings for the EOCCO Owner, Board
of Directors, and subcommittees. Takes meeting minutes for EOCCO
Owner, Board, and subcommittee meetings. Completes weekly, monthly
and quarterly reporting. Performs other duties as assigned. ???
