looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join our dynamic
team in Tualatin, Oregon. This role offers an exciting opportunity
to contribute to financial planning and analysis while ensuring
accurate and efficient accounting operations. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in finance and accounting, coupled
with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee month-end close
processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. •
Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and
external stakeholders. • Analyze financial data to identify trends,
variances, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with management
to support budgeting and forecasting activities. • Ensure
compliance with all accounting regulations and company policies. •
Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations as
needed. • Support audits by preparing and providing necessary
documentation. • Implement process improvements to enhance the
efficiency of financial operations. • Train and guide less
experienced accounting staff to maintain high performance
standards. • Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls

Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, including
month-end close processes. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other
relevant accounting principles. • Proficiency in financial
analysis, reporting, and budgeting. • Excellent organizational and
time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment. • Effective communication skills, both written and
verbal. • High level of proficiency with accounting software and
Microsoft Excel. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field.
