A company is looking for a Senior Director, Retirement Plans
Recordkeeping Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of
retirement plans products
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to develop and
launch new products while enhancing existing offerings
Act as the portfolio leader, promoting industry presence and
managing product lifecycle
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Finance, Marketing,
or Management preferred
Fifteen years of progressively responsible product management
experience in financial services, preferably in retirement
plans
Minimum of 5 years managing product teams with a focus on mentoring
and development
Strong track record of developing and managing financial products
for revenue and profitability growth
Strategic thinker with a blend of market leadership and product
management skills
