Job Description:

A company is looking for a Tax Head.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file small business tax returns for S Corps and Partnerships, including issuance of K-1s
Manage tax service work throughout the year, including proactive tax planning and strategy
Lead and manage teams of tax professionals

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience preparing and filing small business tax returns
5+ years of experience managing tax service work and teams of tax professionals
Fluency in QBO and other cloud tax and accounting software
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build and grow a tax division
Excellent coaching skills and a positive attitude
