with us!The Team:The Supply Chain Operations (SCO) team manages
several contract manufacturer sites in the USA and Asia for PCBA,
server, and rack level assemblies in support of compute, data
storage, and networking services in Oracles cloud. This includes
factory process, product quality, production capacity, commodity
planning, organizational change, operations projects and programs,
policy/process/specification documentation, factory moves and new
production line qualification. We work closely with hardware design
and product management teams as well as other teams in Supply Chain
Ops, Cloud Ops, and other business functions as necessary.We are a
collaborative team providing solutions for complex products,
completing in a fast-paced environment and delivering quality
product to our customers around the world. We set high expectations
for what can be accomplished as a team and as individuals. We are

independently to develop product forecasts, create inventory
strategies and resolve supply-demand issues for assigned products.
Lead cross-functional supply chain teams to solve excess inventory
and supply shortage problems impacting revenue, customer delivery
and margin. Assesses forward-looking supply chain revenue
capability for senior leadership. When necessary, develop and
coordinate supply allocations for internal and supplier teams to
optimize supply chain performance. Present business results and
planning recommendations to cross-functional teams. May be assigned
to assist in the design, development and evaluation of new planning
processes and systems. Assist senior planners and management teams
in their activities on an ad-hoc basis. Build constructive
collaborator relationships which involve direct interaction and
influence with different Oracle lines-of-business and Oracle
suppliers.What Youll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):
- Have a Bachelors degree in Business Management or Supply Chain
Management field by August 2023 .
- Completed Coursework may include the following topics
- Principles of MRP
- Finance
- Logistics
- Lean Manufacturing
- Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work
experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research
and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience).
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the
US.
- Able to acquire work authorization in the US in 2023.Does this
