Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is hiring a
Cath Lab Technologist for a teaching Level I Trauma acute care
hospital with required experience in both Cath Lab and
Angio—including scrub experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n -
Position located in an adult Level I Trauma, teaching acute care
hospital - Work in the Cath Lab performing both cath and
angiography procedures - Shift is 4x10 hour days, Monday through
Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM - On-call required: 1 weeknight per
week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks, with 30-minute response time -
Candidates must be willing to float within and across the health
system as needed - Epic charting system is used - Hospital-provided
scrubs for the Cath Lab - Responsibilities include performing and
assisting with both cardiac catheterization and angiography
procedures with focus on high-acuity adult patients - Float to
other units/sites within the health system may be necessary -
Completion of assigned education modules required within one week
of starting the assignment - RTO not permitted within the first 2
weeks; maximum of 7 days RTO allowed for the contract - Scrub
uniforms: any color except all black or camo print; facility
provides scrubs for Cath Lab personnel - Free parking available
with EV charging stations onsite - Return staff must have a minimum
of 1 year separation - Pre-assignment skills testing and compliance
modules may be required prior to start /n /n Requirements/n - Must
have current BLS and ACLS certifications - ARRT-R or RCIS
certification required - OBMI (Oregon state license) required, or
proof of OR license application/fingerprints - Minimum of 2 years
recent experience in Cath Lab and Angio procedures with scrub
experience - Experience with Epic EMR is required - COVID
vaccination required; no exemptions - Must provide at least one
recent reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager -
Candidates must not live within 50 miles of any Legacy facility -
No felony background; statement and WA required for background hits
